Beck is an experienced facilitator, speaker, strengths coach and leadership consultant providing innovative, evidence based solutions that can be customised for organisations, teams & individuals.

Beck’s natural style translates into flexible facilitation. She creates a safe space for expression, exchange of ideas and learning which enables people to step outside their comfort zones in order to grow both personally and professionally.

Beck’s curiosity and love of variety has given her broad exposure to a diverse range of organisations and industry both in Australia and overseas.  Executive roles in structured finance, leadership development, telecommunications and not for profit organisations ensures she is not only commercial but has practical experience inspiring team members to embrace change and go above and beyond what might be expected.

Consultancy work in Health, Construction & Mining, Manufacturing & Government has provided further experience in different sectors but irrespective of industry or role has lead Beck to one fundamental conclusion about the workplace –  people deserve to be given the opportunity to flourish!

Whether crafting bespoke leadership development programs, implementing positive psychology interventions to help teams flourish,  running change leadership & support workshops or motivating teams for success, Beck prides herself on developing relationships with her clients in order to deliver work that supports the outcomes they want, whilst affecting positive change.

Beck is creative, authentic, an avid story teller and particularly focussed on drawing on the knowledge in the room to enhance the participant’s experience whether they are attending a workshop, a conference or a coaching clinic.

Beck’s unwavering belief that small actions can have a big impact combined with her personal mantra of ‘Be happy, be kind, be grateful’ are apparent in her work and evident in the way she turns up!
