A creative and avid storyteller, Beck is particularly focussed on drawing on the knowledge in the room to enhance participants’ experience.
Her work includes delivering world-class experiential learning and team building activities with a particular focus on leadership, transformation and change, strategy and scenario planning, and purpose and meaning at work.
Beck has a BA in Commerce (Accounting and Finance), a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and is working toward a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She is an accredited R2 Strengths Practitioner, a Master Trainer in Miller Heiman and an accredited TMS practitioner.
