Mandy Davies is an experienced consultant, facilitator and executive coach who designs and implements leadership development programs, culture change and talent strategies.
Mandy is driven by a passion and desire to inspire change in people, teams and organisations that leads to transformation from the ordinary to the extraordinary. She draws on over 12 years of facilitation experience, a background in executive HR and senior OD roles; credentials as a Master Trainer of several programs, and an ability to understand individual and organisational needs to deliver sustainable results. She works with leaders, teams and organisations across New Zealand, Australia and parts of Asia, effectively navigating complex organisational environments across different geographies and cultures.
Her programs for senior leaders and top talent are based on positive psychology principles and centered on enabling participants to increase their self awareness and gain self management techniques to immediately impact their effectiveness. Mandy has a Masters in Human Resources, a Degree in Health Sciences and is working toward a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She is experienced and accredited in a variety of world-class tools including Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT and Genos), R2 Strengths Profiler, MBTI, LSI and OCI. Mandy is also a Master Trainer several leadership development methodologies and programs. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) member and a Global Women Associate member.
