Sophie Francis is a coach and learning consultant with a background in leadership development and wellbeing.
Content Manager for the Langley Group, Sophie writes about emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuroscience at work. Her particular focus is strengths-based coaching. She has conducting research into how people use their strengths and fulfil their potential during challenging situations.
Sophie has managed and developed 100+ learning initiatives for top tier global clients across a range of industries to improve coaching culture, leadership skills, performance management and team dynamics, from senior executive to graduate level. She also draws on her experience working on two internationally best-selling books, which outlined practical strategies for social connectedness and wellbeing.
She has a Master of Business Coaching (with Distinction) from University of Wollongong. She is an accredited R2 Strengths Profiler practitioner, supporting and developing practitioners on Emotional Intelligence Worldwide’s R2 Strengths Profiler accreditation programme. Her additional accreditations include MSCEIT and i4 Neuroleader. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
