Introduction to the Leading Strengths Tool: Webinar

Friday 7 April: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm AEST

Event Navigation

Everyone has strengths, yet not everyone is clear what their strengths are and how to capitalise on them. Critically for organisations, neither are many managers or HR leaders. Incorporating strengths assessment into coaching, leadership, performance management, career planning or recruitment can reveal untapped potential and help get the best from people.

This webinar with Sue Langley is an opportunity to learn about the leading evidence-based strengths tool and how you can use it to unlock performance and potential in individuals, organisations and teams.

Attend this free live 60 minute webinar to:

  • Learn about Strengths Profile (formerly R2 Strengths Profiler), the most recent and research-backed tool.
  • Get a sneak peak at the exciting new suite of reports available in the updated toolkit.
  • Compare how this tool stacks up against other strengths assessment and development methods.
  • Discover how it can be used to introduce and embed a strengths approach in the workplace.

Can’t make it? Register anyway and receive the webinar recording.

This webinar is designed for coaches, consultants, organisational psychologists, human capital managers, learning and development practitioners and leaders who want to identify and develop people’s strengths or enhance performance, engagement, wellbeing and teamwork.

Ideal for anyone who is considering using, or becoming certified in, R2 Strengths Profiler and want to know how it compares to other assessment instruments.
