Mindfulness, The Art of Noticing: Sydney Masterclass with Ellen Langer
Friday 2 June: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm AEST$990 - $1100
Experience mindfulness without meditation from the world’s leading expert, Harvard Professor Ellen Langer.
Becoming mindful is not as complicated or effortful as many people think. According to Ellen Langer, mindfulness is simply the process of actively noticing new things. When we approach the world with mindful awareness we can more accurately assess and respond to situations, release judgement and stay open to possibilities. It’s the essence of engagement, and is energising rather than energy depleting.
This experiential masterclass is a unique opportunity to learn how to use Ellen Langer’s fundamental mindfulness concepts and approaches to bring vitality and possibility to your life.
- Practice mindful awareness techniques without meditating.
- Exert more control over your health and wellbeing.
- Reduce stress, increase joy and improve your relationships by living a more artful life.
This interactive four-hour masterclass includes experiential activities, training materials, a working lunch, and a certificate of attendance issued by the Langley Group on completion of this masterclass.
A package of $1100 is available for tickets to both the Mindful Leadership Breakfast and Mindfulness, The Art of Noticing: Masterclass.
