Mindful Leadership: Sydney Breakfast with Ellen Langer

If leaders and organisations were mindful, rather than mindless, as they often are, their full potential and effectiveness would be unleashed. The art of noticing new things allows leaders and their followers to embrace uncertainty and learn better from what happens in the present, resulting in more effective responses and superior performance.
This thought-provoking and inspiring breakfast event is your opportunity to learn from Harvard Professor Ellen Langer in person and hear this world leading mindfulness expert share her latest insights and research on mindful leadership.
- Why leaders need to be awake in the moment to succeed in today’s uncertain and complex environments
- The benefits of paying mindful attention while being open to possibilities
- How leaders can promote and harness ‘distributed’ mindfulness to empower people and build more mindful organisations
Single Ticket$180; Table of 8 $1,260.
A package of $1,100 is available for tickets to both the Mindful Leadership Breakfast and Mindfulness, The Art of Noticing: Masterclass.
