Leadership development and facilitation
Judy is a career educator with 25 years’ experience. She teaches applied positive psychology, and is passionate about embedding skills to support psychological health, wellbeing and resilience. She is committed to learning and teaching about evidence-based practices and skills to support mental health and flourishing.
Judy completed a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, and has worked with global experts in Positive Education from Geelong Grammar School, St Peter’s College, Berry Street Education and the International Positive Education Network (IPEN). She has presented her work at the International Positive Psychology Association World Congress in Montreal and currently serves as a committee member of the SA Positive Education School Association (PESA).
Judy delivers the Langley Group Institute’s Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing (10653NAT) and has also worked with early childhood educators, schools and university staff to support wellbeing and psychological health strategies across these sectors.
Judy’s approach is invitational and strengths focused, translating the latest insights from researchers into practical and powerful learning experiences.
