Leadership development and facilitation
Judy Hilton is one of Langley Group’s most experienced consultants, committed to learning and teaching about evidence-based practices and skills to support mental health and flourishing.
Judy’s approach is invitational and strengths focussed, translating the latest insights from researchers into practical and powerful learning experiences.
Judy believes strongly in embedding skills to support psychological health, wellbeing and resilience and to this end teaches applied positive psychology through the Langley Group Institute’s Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing (10653NAT).
As a career educator with 25 years’ experience, Judy has worked with early childhood educators, schools and university staff to support wellbeing and psychological health strategies across these sectors.
Judy has a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (University of Melbourne), and is accredited in the Strengths Profile and MSCEIT tools.
Judy lives in the Adelaide Hills with her husband, twin daughters, an Australian Shepherd, and backyard koalas! When she is not firmly focussed on bringing the Langley group teachings to others, she likes nothing more than to look after native bushland, and play obscure European sports like korfball.
