Dr Liz Stanley is a consultant, facilitator and coach with Langley Group, with extensive experience in helping leaders, teams and organisations create the changes in behaviour and culture they need to achieve positive business outcomes.
Core skills she teaches include emotional intelligence, coaching for high performance, delivering difficult messages, managing performance, effective feedback and communication, recruiting and selecting staff, and change management. She also runs specialist programmes in cross-cultural working, diversity and inclusion.
Liz has experience working in Europe, Asia and the US for clients in a range of sectors, including Vodafone, Unilever, Microsoft, British Telecom, Corus and Arcelor Mittal as well as global financial institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and Black Rock.
She has a PhD in Organisational Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, and a degree in Law and Social and Political Science from Cambridge University. She is trained in the Langley Group methodology and delivers our flagship programmes in Europe.
Liz is British and lives in France and speaks fluent French.
