We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Oracle Corporation, a global IT innovator with US $38 billion annual revenue and 120,000 employees worldwide. We have been working to build emotional intelligence in top leaders throughout Australia and New Zealand for the last few years.

In a highly technical organisation, senior leaders were sceptical about emotional intelligence at first. Our scientific approach quickly got them on board and championing the program to their teams. One senior leader and former cynic insisted: “This is the best program I have been on in 35 years.”

Our ongoing work with Oracle involves targeted interventions to build emotional intelligence and teamwork in business units. This includes highly successful programs building cohesion in disaffected post-merger teams. Learning activities that demonstrate the immediate impact of emotional intelligence and positive communication are a key success factor in these projects.
