Developing the next positive, emotionally intelligent leaders globally.
We are currently working with Pernod Ricard globally around positive strengths-based leadership with programmes running in Australia, New Zealand, US and Europe. This is an ongoing project with the aim of increasing leadership capability in a growing and changing environment with a range of leaders from diverse backgrounds.
Our work has included translating the programme into Spanish for the San Sebastian groups currently underway. This has been a great opportunity for several of the team to work collaboratively with Pernod Ricard leadership across the business and regions.
The programme has been well received with excellent feedback on the unique nature of the leadership program, moving away from the ‘normal’ thing they expect.
Last year we engaged the Langley Group to design and run a two-day leadership development programme for over 150 of our senior leaders based across our Australian, New Zealand, US and Spanish locations.
The programme was designed to support the launch of a values and behaviours-based programme, which we had rolled out across our business, and to really ensure that our leaders were able to lead with the values front of mind.
Now over this period we found the Langley Group to be very easy to work with, extremely accommodating to our needs, and even more so they have managed to run the programme across the four countries in a very consistent and seamless manner and have partnered well with our HR teams on the ground to implement it smoothly.
