We are working with Wesfarmers, one of Australia’s largest diversified corporations, to build a strengths-based approach to talent, performance and culture.

Focusing on building capability internally, we trained HR in strengths development and positive communication. The team are now shifting their HR practices and procedures from a deficit to a positive focus and integrating strengths into their performance review processes and leadership program. HR team members will be accredited in Realise2, a world-leading strengths assessment and development tool, so they can start unlocking strengths potential and developing people across the organisation.
