Pernod Ricard manage a prestigious portfolio of internationally recognised brands, with their people being their most important assets. World No. 2 in the wine and spirits industry, Pernod Ricard work hard to deliver convivial moments for their customers by providing unique experiences, leading service, driving innovation and thought-provoking creativity.


Pernod Ricard invited Langley Group to design and deliver programmes to develop leadership, resilience and wellbeing skills. They wanted the programme to facilitate the people side of “Opening up the potential of our potential”, and be piloted with the combined Pernod Ricard Winemakers HQ team (Directors/Leaders) and Pernod Ricard Australia (PRA) team (Directors/Leaders).

The PRW HQ teamwork in a global context and across time zones which has an impact on wellbeing. There was enormous potential that was yet to be fully realised across the team and a clear need to develop capability, culture and behaviours to match the organisation’s growth aspirations in markets such as China and the US.


“Last year we engaged the Langley Group to design and run a two-day leadership development programme for over 150 of our senior leaders based across our Australian, New Zealand, US and Spanish locations.

The programme was designed to support the launch of a values and behaviours-based programme, which we had rolled out across our business, and to really ensure that our leaders were able to lead with the values front of mind.
