Jon Pratlett has over two decades of experience, coupled with extensive study and on-the-ground action, supporting leaders and their teams to steward organisations towards their desired state.
For over 25 years Jon has been providing strategic and tactical support, training, coaching and facilitation to help organisations build people capability, capacity and productivity. His specialties are developing sustainable, brain friendly leadership and team practices, instilling the mindset, behaviour and resilience to lead themselves and their organisations to success in the 21st Century.
He has assisted the likes of AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Macquarie Bank, National Australia Bank, Bank of Queensland, CSR, CSL, Foxtail, IBM, Australian Olympic Committee, and Anglo Coal to build more constructive cultures, develop and retain better leaders and teams, and create outstanding engagement and results.
As a two-time Hawaii Ironman Triathlon finisher and five-time Australian Ironman finisher, Jon has the endurance, discipline and resilience to get leaders to the next finish line and beyond in sustainable ways.
Having completed post graduate study in the Neuroscience of Leadership through Middlesex University and the Neuroleadership Institute, Jon brings the latest insights about the brain and high performance to his clients. He also has a Bachelor of Education (Hons) majoring in Physical Education, Social and Community Studies. He is accredited in i4 Neuroleader and a range of assessment and leadership tools including MyBrainSolutions Leadership Assessments, LSI, OCI, DiSC, MBTI and Kolbe Concept. He is a life member of the Bondi Running and Triathlon Club and former Club Captain and President.
