Dr Liz Stanley is an organisational change and employee engagement consultant with 20 years experience in helping leaders, teams and organisations create the changes in behaviour and culture they need to achieve positive business outcomes.
Liz has worked for market-leading consulting and training firms Mercer Delta and Smythe Dorward, as an independent consultant, and in partnership with cross-disciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive and sustainable solutions to clients. Her recent work involves designing and running engaging, interactive and thought provoking leadership and management development programs for senior managers and leaders in global organisations. Core skills she teaches include emotional intelligence, coaching for high performance, delivering difficult messages, managing performance, effective feedback and communication, recruiting and selecting staff, and change management. She also runs specialist programs in cross-cultural working, diversity and inclusion.
Liz has experience working in Europe, Asia and the US for clients in a range of sectors, including Vodafone, Unilever, Microsoft, British Telecom, Corus and Arcelor Mittal as well as global financial institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and BlackRock.
She has a PhD in Organisational Psychology, a Master in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, and a degree in Law and Social and Political Science from Cambridge University. She is trained in the Langley Group methodology and delivers our flagship emotional intelligence programs in Europe.
She is British, lives in France and speaks fluent French.
