Lordien Khosh is a consultant, facilitator and executive coach with over 20 year’s experience in developing leaders, building teams and transforming culture.
Lordien’s passion is developing potential. She believes that in any system – whether it is an individual, team or organisation – something works. Her positive focus allows her to set individuals, teams and organisations up for success, enabling them to emerge feeling whole and inspired, with a greater clarity of purpose and tangible steps for the way forward.
She has consulted at all levels, from graduate to middle and senior management, bringing agile, thought-provoking and integrated solutions to achieve results. Her work has included cultural transformation in top Australian companies and companywide rollouts of management development, change management and resilience programs. Her specialisations include management and leadership development, culture change, high performing team building, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, employee wellbeing, communication and frontline management. She has broad industry sector experience and has worked in financial services, ICT, aviation, manufacturing, construction, energy, government and education in Australia, Malaysia, India and New Zealand.
Lordien holds tertiary qualifications in training and development. She has an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, Diploma of Training and Education for the University of Melbourne, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. She is an Accredited Executive Coach Level II (IECL) and is accredited in a wide range of organisational diagnostic and assessment tools including Strengths Profile and Genos EI. She is a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner having completed the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with the Langley Group Institute.
