With a Commerce/Law and Management degree and experience in executive roles, including as Founder & Director of an organisation with over 50 employees and $6m turnover, Yulia doesn’t just understand the theory of business, she knows what it takes to implement practical, commercially sound solutions.
CEO and Director of the Langley Group Institute, an Australian nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation providing evidence-based professional development, Yulia has led development of the world’s first and only government accredited Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. A seasoned course accreditation consultant, she maps VET qualifications to leadership and skills frameworks, drawing on current research in educational and positive psychology. She also develops train-the-trainer programs.
Yulia holds further qualifications in Workplace and Business Coaching, Training and Assessment. She is accredited in Strengths Profile, Genos EI, MBTI and DISC, and has trained extensively to deliver the Langley Group’s flagship emotional intelligence programs.
