Take your strengths knowledge and application skills to the highest level with our Strengths Profile Master Accreditation.

For those ready to take their strengths skills to the highest level, the Strengths Profile Master Accreditation (Level 3) is the perfect next step. Now being delivered virtually with our Master Trainer, Sue Langley, this accreditation easily aligns with your schedule.

We deliver the two-day accreditation programme across four half-day virtual learning workshops. Numbers are capped to ensure an interactive experience for everyone.

To complete the Master Accreditation, you need to have completed the Strengths Profile Accreditation, where you learn how to use strengths to get the best from your people, understand the science and practice your debriefs live in a safe space. As a Strengths Profile Practitioner looking to become a Master Practitioner, you understand the powerful, world-leading strengths assessment and research-based development tool, the Strengths Profile. In this Master Accreditation, you will walk away with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to improve the use of strengths within your organisation or your clients’ organisation. Whether you are looking for ways to enhance your organisation’s engagement, wellbeing, retention, leadership, and productivity, or provide your clients with the best possible resources to maximise their strengths.

The accreditation includes four toolkits – Coaching, Team, Careers, and Manager – enabling you to master the art of understanding, interpreting, and debriefing the Strengths Profile; an individual’s or team’s realised strengths, learned behaviours, weaknesses and unrealised strengths.

This professional accreditation will enable you to more powerfully help individuals realise their strengths to:

  • enhance and reach peak performance
  • improve goal attainment
  • increase engagement and wellbeing
  • develop self-awareness
  • inform personal development and career choices
  • build resilience, decrease stress and prevent burnout.
