Monday 18 March, 2024

6:00pm – 8:00 pm (London / GMT)

Change management initiatives often fail due to complex organisational dynamics and overlooked aspects of human nature and behaviour. This talk tackles these pitfalls through a positive psychology lens, including emotional assessment, wellbeing needs satisfaction, appreciative and narrative approaches and integrating behavioural economics into change management.

This presentation will challenge conventional thinking about change by drawing on concrete examples of large-scale organisational initiatives.

Everyone knows the workplace demographic is ageing. Yet what is the true impact of this within our companies, and how can we shift the narrative from one of ‘apocalyptic’ to ‘positive’?

This talk will highlight corporate ageing statistics; bust gender myths and consider a positive psychology lens for our ageing business population.  Above all, the presentation will offer potential solutions for the attraction, retention, and promotion of our 50+ ageing population.

As we have seen from the previous presentations the world of work is changing and we have the opportunity now to innovate and create a future that is more compelling.

In this session we will unravel the intricacies of the brain’s role in innovation and creating something extraordinary as well as what the field of positive psychology can tell us.  We will explore a blend of scientific rigour and insightful anecdotes for those seeking to transform our ever-evolving world – the world of the brain and the world.
