Administration, Marketing and Personal Support

At Langley Group, we do things a little differently. We mindfully craft roles to meet the needs of the business and then intentionally link them to the specific strengths that each team member brings.

We are looking for that special kind of person who loves to organise, administrate and help others. In a casual capacity, we need an organised person to bring their superpowers to our team.

Ideally based in Byron Bay (although if you are completely awesome, there is flexibility) you’ll love diversity in a role, administration, marketing co-ordination and general organisation! This role has come available as our previous incredible local team member has moved overseas.

This flexible position has two main parts:

Firstly, marketing coordination and contribution may see you connecting to our marketing process internally with the full support of an agency team, to assist with EDM’s, event marketing, social media and coordination.

Secondly, we need administration services as required, where you could be preparing materials for our Diploma programmes, wowing clients with a personal note of thanks when you post their online orders, supporting our psychometrics, and general admin duties for the team.

It’s best if you have access to your own transport, have a strength of service to others and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
