The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) is an abilities–based test, measuring real emotional intelligence skill.
Langley Group is one of the top providers of this tool in the world, and we provide a detailed report indicating a person’s emotional intelligence abilities. The report also includes personal development strategies to enhance relationships, performance and leadership skills.
The MSCEIT Accreditation is a three-day course, available in-house and to the public.
Strengths Profile Accreditation
Strengths Profile is a world-leading strengths tool that delivers a new way to assess, develop and leverage talent in people.
The tool assesses 60 strengths across three dimensions, providing a positive platform for development. People can design strategies to maximise growth potential, minimise weaknesses and optimise performance and wellbeing.
The Strengths Profile Accreditation is offered to the public as: a four-part virtual classroom, or a two-day face to face (when regulations allow). In-house courses can also be arranged for organisations wanting to accredit multiple team members.
Foundations of Emotional Intelligence

In order to get the most from their teams, and create a positive culture of success and wellbeing, leaders need to be able to coach and have effective conversations with team members, peers and managers. Positive coaching focuses on solutions and is built on using a strengths approach during conversations.
Coaching is a critical practice and a coaching style of leadership is extremely effective over time. Informed by neuroscience, this workshop teaches the skills to draw people towards ideas and conclusions.

This workshop will introduce participants to the concept of strengths, and the link between strengths, positive psychology, engagement and the role that strengths can play in improving performance.
This workshop is most successful when combined with a Strengths Profile Expert assessment and debrief enabling deeper learning and self-reflection.
This workshop focuses on enabling individuals to better understand their own strengths and the strengths of others in order to establish more effective collaboration.
Using the Strengths Profile Team Report, which combines data from individual profiles into one report, this workshop reveals strengths that exist across a team and how to leverage those strengths for outcomes and deliverables.

When the focus of performance development is on building strengths instead of fixing weaknesses, this positively influences the performance conversations that take place between managers and their staff.
Strengths and Strategy
This workshop is a beneficial add-on to the team strengths workshop. Teams will identify key projects, map the milestones/goals associated with that project, identify the strengths needed to deliver these, and then map the team strengths against these requirements.
Team discussions brings insights and next steps to better utilise the team strengths to achieve goals.
