MSCEIT Accreditation

The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) is an abilities–based test, measuring real emotional intelligence skill.

Langley Group is one of the top providers of this tool in the world, and we provide a detailed report indicating a person’s emotional intelligence abilities. The report also includes personal development strategies to enhance relationships, performance and leadership skills.

The MSCEIT Accreditation is a three-day course, available in-house and to the public.

Strengths Profile Accreditation

Strengths Profile is a world-leading strengths tool that delivers a new way to assess, develop and leverage talent in people.

The tool assesses 60 strengths across three dimensions, providing a positive platform for development. People can design strategies to maximise growth potential, minimise weaknesses and optimise performance and wellbeing.

The Strengths Profile Accreditation is offered to the public as: a four-part virtual classroom, or a two-day face to face (when regulations allow). In-house courses can also be arranged for organisations wanting to accredit multiple team members.

Foundations of Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is a critical skill in business today, underpinning people’s capacity to work well with others, manage stress and make effective decisions. This workshop equips participants with the foundational knowledge and skills to use emotions intelligently at work to improve their self-awareness, effectiveness, resilience and interpersonal skills.

Women in Leadership

The Neuroscience of Leadership 

The demands on people in the workplace are increasing and we need to perform, collaborate, innovate and remain agile to navigate complexity. Neuroscience offers strategies to optimise the brain’s performance and increase people’s capacity to lead themselves and others in fast-changing global environments.

This programme explores the science of leadership, personal effectiveness, creativity, relationships and change, and enables you to apply this knowledge to challenges and opportunities you face as a leader.

Everyday HEROES

A next generation approach to building personal and workplace wellness. A unique and impactful programme that aligns the robust academic research from the area of positive psychological capital, to the key impactful areas being researched in positive organisational scholarship.

The programme is the equivalent of two days or four half day virtual learning workshops, and focuses on applied learning in the key areas of hopeefficacy, resilience, optimism, emotional intelligence and strengths.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Masterclass

Skill your people to champion for a different approach to change.  AI focuses on ‘growing’ change for the future by examining the best of the present, rather than using the more traditional approach of trying to fix the problems of the past.

This AI Masterclass is interactive, experiential and practical and people will learn the skills to be change champions and run a session for your organisation.

Change and Agility

Neuroscience gives us an evidence-based approach to build the skills you need to approach change in a positive and agile way.

The key focus for this workshop is the SCARF model developed by David Rock, which provides us with an an understanding from a neurological perspective of our responses to change. Further to this, it improves our ability to adjust our thinking and behaviour and to be more agile.

A core focus of this programme is emotional intelligence – where learning how to improve resilience and to use emotions intelligently empowers people to respond effectively, rather than reactively.

Leader as Coach

In order to get the most from their teams, and create a positive culture of success and wellbeing, leaders need to be able to coach and have effective conversations with team members, peers and managers.  Positive coaching focuses on solutions and is built on using a strengths approach during conversations.

Coaching is a critical practice and a coaching style of leadership is extremely effective over time.  Informed by neuroscience, this workshop teaches the skills to draw people towards ideas and conclusions.

Introduction to Strengths

This workshop will introduce participants to the concept of strengths, and the link between strengths, positive psychology, engagement and the role that strengths can play in improving performance.

This workshop is most successful when combined with a Strengths Profile Expert assessment and debrief enabling deeper learning and self-reflection.

Team Strengths

This workshop focuses on enabling individuals to better understand their own strengths and the strengths of others in order to establish more effective collaboration.

Using the Strengths Profile Team Report, which combines data from individual profiles into one report, this workshop reveals strengths that exist across a team and how to leverage those strengths for outcomes and deliverables.

Strengths-based Performance Conversations

Employee satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing are all factors that drive business outcomes and performance.

When the focus of performance development is on building strengths instead of fixing weaknesses, this positively influences the performance conversations that take place between managers and their staff.

Strengths and Strategy

This workshop is a beneficial add-on to the team strengths workshop. Teams will identify key projects, map the milestones/goals associated with that project, identify the strengths needed to deliver these, and then map the team strengths against these requirements.

Team discussions brings insights and next steps to better utilise the team strengths to achieve goals.
