Coaching is a critical practice and a coaching style of leadership is extremely effective over time.

Leaders need to be able to coach and have effective conversations with team members, peers and managers.

Positive coaching focuses on solutions and is built on using a strengths approach during conversations. Neuroscience tells us that this allows the brain to be drawn towards an outcome, rather than just being ‘told’. Skilled questioning allows the brain to work more effectively and draw out ideas and conclusions. Neuroscience elements underpin the workshop, ensuring we are coaching with the brain in mind.
