Psychometric Assessment Tools

The ability to assess your people is an important part of creating a baseline of data on which to build a suitable learning and development programme for individuals and teams.  We review the crowded psychometric market for the latest assessments available, and choose those that are robust, highly researched, and fit with our purpose, vision and values. The two tools we specialise in are the Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) and the Strengths Profile. Both of these tools can form part of  the learning and development programmes we offer, and we can administer and debrief these assessments for you. We are also Master Trainers for both the MSCEIT and the Strengths Profile and offer public accreditation courses, as well as internal accreditations and Train the Trainer programmes.
