Join this online training to understand, interpret and debrief the Strengths Expert Profile and learn to facilitate positive, strengths-based coaching and development conversations.
This online training covers in-depth knowledge of the Strength Profile tool, as well as assignments to enable practical coaching experience. The accreditation is set out as seven pre-recorded WebEx modules, and one live session which is your final accreditation. Each module is followed by assignments to embed your learning. You will also be required to undertake some pre-work in order to be fully prepared, including your own Strengths Profile and personal debrief.
