Complete a MSCEIT®2 Assessment

The MSCEIT®2 is an abilities–based test, measuring actual emotional intelligence skills. Based on scenarios typical of everyday life, the MSCEIT®2 measures how well people perform tasks and solve emotional problems, rather than having them provide their own subjective assessment of their emotional skills.

The test measures emotional intelligence, which predicts leadership, sales, interpersonal communication and performance with the individual results presented in a comprehensive report. Langley Group is proud to be one of the top providers, certifiers and administrators of this tool.

If you have been asked to take the assessment by a MSCEIT®2 Practitioner, they will also receive a copy and will take you through a comprehensive debrief of your report.
