Debrief Live with Sue Langley
Get better at debriefing by doing it, on a real profile, with Sue coaching you in the moment.
Debrief Live is a live, hands-on session for accredited Skills Discovery practitioners who are keen to sharpen their debriefing. You will be paired with another practitioner and you debrief each other, while Sue steps in with feedback as you go, the same in the moment coaching that turns a good debrief into a great one.
Everyone in the room is working, everyone is learning, and you leave with feedback you can use in your very next debrief. It is a safe space to have a go and be coached. Places are limited to six and by application.

How the session runs
- Once you are accepted, we send you the profile you will be debriefing about 30 minutes before we start, so you arrive ready to go.
- You will be paired with another practitioner. One of you debriefs, the other receives, then you swap, so everyone gets a turn.
- Sue steps in as you go, pausing to reshape a question or point out a connection, exactly as she does one to one.
- The whole group watches every debrief, so you learn as much from the others as from your own turn.
