The LG Certified Trainer Strengths Journey programme is designed to support you in working with your clients.
This is an opportunity to leverage the years of work and expertise from Cappfinity and the Langley Group to support clients with a full strengths journey, taking the awareness and knowledge of their strengths to the next level. It allows you to build on the individual certification programme where you learnt how to complete debriefs, to really exploring how you can develop individuals, teams, and organisations to embed the strengths-based approach.
