Michael Steger is a Professor of Applied Social and Health Psychology and Director of the Center for Meaning and Purpose at Colorado State University. His research focuses on meaning in life, wellbeing, culture and what it takes to live well. Mike is known for making deep science feel personal, and for bringing warmth, genuine curiosity and humour to everything he facilitates. His work has shaped how researchers and practitioners around the world think about purpose, meaning and human flourishing.
