For over two decades, Langley Group has been delivering high-calibre leadership development programs that build capability for organisational success.
We design bespoke solutions for our clients to develop individual, team, and organisational capability by applying positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience, inspiring them to make positive changes that are sustainable over time. Our approach is to make science accessible and actionable by transforming complex concepts into practical strategies.
We partner with organisations all over the world to build better leaders, optimise performance, leverage talent, and build positive cultures. We work with schools supporting teachers and school leaders to promote wellbeing and create a flourishing learning environment for children in collaboration with leading positive education initiatives and experts.
We offer a range of services including coaching, psychometric assessments, accreditation, and consulting. We also accredit professionals as licenced master trainers in the leading emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and brain-based assessment methodologies.
