Sue Langley
CEO and Founder
Sue Langley is CEO and Founder of the Langley Group and travels the globe engaging people from all walks of life. Her ability to energise teams for change, develop resilience and wellbeing in others, and to inspire leaders to be the best they can be, makes her one of the most sought-after speakers in her field.
Sue has worked with thousands of business leaders, HR professionals, managers and consultants to help them learn how to harness the brain’s potential, create positive workplace cultures and increase performance and productivity.
Sue specialises in the practical applications of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology, synthesising the science and research into simple, practical tools that anyone can use. Her research – aimed squarely at the sweet spot between emotional intelligence, positive emotions, and brain science – inspires people to get the best from themselves and from their peers and teams. Her keynotes are sought-after at international conferences, and she works with top global and the Australian Government, facilitating multi-year programmes to build positive workplace cultures, emotionally intelligent leaders and high performing teams.
She is the creator of the world’s first Australian Government accredited 11069NAT Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, and the 11250NAT Certificate IV in Wellbeing Science, both through the registered training organisation, the Langley Group Institute.
Sue is a Master Trainer for the psychometric tools Mayer-Salovey-Caruso EI Test (MSCEIT), the Strengths Profile and the Work on Wellbeing and holds (among many qualifications) a Master’s Degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University.
Sue appears in the media, with an appearance on Channel 7’s “House of Wellness”, as well as sharing the stage In Conversation with Dr Martin Seligman. Sue is the emotional intelligence expert in the hit ABC TV series Redesign My Brain, broadcast on the Science Channel in the US as Hack My Brain. Sue has appeared as a leadership expert in the documentary ‘Make Me a Leader’ (July 2018), which has won multiple film festival awards including the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival and Hollywood International Independent Documentary Awards.

Tania Read
Chief of Staff, Director of Global Operations
Tania Read is Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, and a Senior Consultant with the Langley Group.
Working directly with Sue Langley providing support to achieve key business outcomes, Tania leads important projects and ensures business operations are efficient and improves productivity.
Tania has a wealth of global experience, with a background in corporate with skills in leadership, coaching, change management, employee engagement, stakeholder management, event management and training delivery. When facilitating, Tania brings an engaging and energetic approach both face-to-face and virtually.
Tania truly believes that if we can apply the three elements of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience in combination with strengths-based tools, we can enable individuals and organisations to flourish.

Melissa Georgiou works with the Langley Group as Finance Manager and has an extensive corporate background in commerce, working in many industries including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, media.
Melissa is a Fellow of CPA Australia, has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Honours), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is a graduate of the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with the Langley Group Institute.

Deborah Keep
Senior Consultant
Deborah Keep is a Senior Consultant with the Langley Group and is passionate about helping leaders understand what makes people tick and how to create psychologically safe, high performance workplaces.
Deborah has been immersed in the business of people for decades, and has helped countless leaders and teams create thriving cultures using practical, evidence-based tools to transform their environments into models of high engagement and performance.
She loves working with clients to help identify and shape the leadership and culture strategies they need in order to equip their people to bring the best version of themselves to work.
Deborah is a graduate of the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with the Langley Group Institute. She also has an Advanced Diploma Neuroscience of Leadership and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Monash University.

Agapi Markoginnakis
Consultant
Agapi Markogiannakis works with the Langley Group as a Consultant and Facilitator, bringing over 25 years experience facilitating and designing training and development programmes for a range of industries and groups. Engaging and dynamic in her approach, Agapi excels at connecting to what motivates and matters to people and helping them translate their learning into action to enhance performance.
She believes it is important to bring fun, engagement and humanity to work, and she is excited to work with others to create nourishing workplaces that increase wellbeing for individuals and the organisation.
Her specialisations include leadership development, emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills, team building, personal effectiveness and workplace coaching.
Agapi has a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) from Melbourne University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Deakin University. She also has a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.
She is accredited in the I4 Neuroleader 360 Assessment, MSCEIT assessment (emotional intelligence) and Strengths Profile tool. She is a certified coach with IECL, and Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Facilitator.
Anna Webb

Anna Webb works with the Langley Group as an engaging Facilitator working with the Langley Group, to assist organisations to effect desired change that achieves business objectives.
Anna’s value proposition is to work with people to improve the resilience, wellbeing, and performance of leaders and their people.
Drawing on the synergies of positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence, Anna supports individuals to develop curiosity, compassion and humility, which she believes are the critical leadership skills to build connections with teams, colleagues and communities. Deep insights and an understanding of human motivation ensures a pragmatic approach to facilitation and coaching. Anna balances a warm engaging style with holding people accountable.
She has designed and delivered training programmes to clients across a range of industries from media and advertising to finance, banking, professional services, pharmaceutical and government.
Anna has a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a BA from the University of Melbourne. Jacqui Martin

Jacqui Martin is a long-time consultant and facilitator with the Langley Group and is passionate about building individual and team capability by transforming the way people relate and connect in the workplace. Her uncanny ability to read a room and connect with people enables her to excel at communicating new and complex ideas and information.
Jacqui believes that the time we spend at work should be fulfilling, positive and rewarding, and she uses her own experience working as an executive in complex, multi-layered and sensitive organisations, to engage with others in this space.
As a dynamic facilitator and strategic consultant, Jacqui is sought out by higher education, government and corporate clients.
Her career achievements have been recognised with awards for brand, engagement and communication initiatives. She has a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Education, is Master Trainer for the Strengths Profile, and is accredited in the MSCEIT, i4 Neuroleader and Hogan assessment tools.
Julia Maddison
Consultant
Julia Maddison works with the Langley Group as a Consultant and Facilitator. She is a Learning & Development professional with many years of experience in coaching, facilitating, and training individuals and teams to reach their highest potential.
Julia is passionate about educating employees on wellbeing and providing them with evidence-based tools of positive psychology that they can incorporate into their daily lives to live and work well.
Her strengths lie in her optimistic outlook and ability to bring energy and positive outcomes to learning experiences. She thrives on authenticity and enjoys engaging with people to build better connections and relationships for optimal outcomes.
Julia has been working with the Langley Group as a client, and now as a consultant, for many years. She is a graduate of the Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and is certified in the Strengths Profile tool, MSCEIT assessment and Work on Wellbeing assessment. She has also completed the Langley Group Certified Trainer programmes in Everyday HEROES, Positive Psychology and Flourish, Positive Leadership and Leading with Emotional Intelligence.
Julia’s background in sales means her facilitation around emotionally intelligent sales is a winning combination for teams.
Melissa Georgiou
Finance Manager
Melissa Georgiou works with the Langley Group as the Finance Manager, and also brings her knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating training in finance, accounting and commerce.
Melissa is passionate about empowering leaders and managers by equipping them with the knowledge and capability to positively navigate, interpret and understand financial information.
Melissa has an extensive corporate background in commerce, working in many industries including manufacturing, retail, wholesale, media and before coming to the Langley Group, was the Finance Director of a large private hospital on the Gold Coast.
Melissa has also worked with Griffith University as the Convenor of the Accounting Programme in the Master of Business Administration where, based on student evaluations and feedback, she received two commendations for excellence in teaching. Able to facilitate engaging learning both face to face and virtually, students describe Melissa as very down to earth, collaborative, patient and generous in imparting knowledge.
Melissa is a Fellow of CPA Australia, has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Honours), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She is looking forward to using these learnings in creating bespoke Positive Commercial Programmes.
Living on the Gold Coast with her husband and daughter, Mel loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends and giving back to the accounting profession as a volunteer councillor of the CPA Australia Queensland Divisional Council and Chair of the Gold Coast Branch.
Faye Martin
Consultant
Faye Martin works with the Langley Group as a passionate and engaging Consultant. Having completed the Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing in 2018, Faye has been an active and sought-after Positive Psychology practitioner and advocate since.
After completing Coach U’s ‘Professional Coach Training’ and ‘Coaching Clinic Program’ in 2010, Faye advanced and honed her skills as a professional coach. She has since facilitated extensive leadership and team member coaching sessions across a wide variety of industries, including engineering, mining and government services. Believing that people flourish when able to use their strengths more often, Faye is also an accredited Strengths Profile practitioner.
As an active triathlete, Faye is passionate and curious regarding the role workplace wellbeing plays on employee engagement and performance.
Faye’s purpose is to facilitate personal insight and learning for individuals, teams and organisations to thrive.
Gayle Pacchini

Gayle Pacchini is a skilled executive coach, strategic business advisor, facilitator and trainer with deep organisational knowledge and expertise, who partners with leaders to improve business results.
As a senior leader, Gayle draws on 25 years’ experience across multiple functional domains in Information Technology, Government and Financial Services, across organisations such as SAS Institute Pty Ltd. Gayle leverages her strengths within strategic planning, leadership development, sales, enterprise change, executive coaching, and workplace transformation to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Driven to positively impact the lives of others, Gayle works with leaders, individuals and teams on critical initiatives that transform business outcomes and workplace cultures. Known for her ability to position organisations as a ‘Great Place to Work’, Gayle has a unique ability to create a ‘movement for change’. Led by her belief that people are inspired to show up for causes that matter, she knows how to connect the desired business outcomes with what matters most to the individuals being impacted, successfully establishing buy-in and support at all levels.

Gayle is a certified executive coach, Prosci certified change practitioner, a graduate of The Langley Group’s Diploma of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing, holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, as well as a Bachelor of Business Degree in Human Resources.
Anna Mercer

Anna Mercer is an Associate Coach with the Langley Group and is passionate about supporting her clients to perform at their best both in their work and home life.
She has spent over 25 years in the recruitment and executive search industry over which time she has built and led high-performing teams, developed strategic partnerships with high-profile clients around the globe and coached 1000s of individuals both in their roles and through interview and executive search processes.
Anna is an accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner, Certified Health Coach and recently built on her coaching skills via a program delivered by one of the world’s leading coaches in the field of positive psychology. She is also in the process of completing a Diploma in Positive Psychology through the Langley Group.
Anna loves to coach the whole person, believing that to succeed in one part of our lives it is important to ensure we have balance in others. She personally loves to keep learning, growing and trying new things.

Frances Totney
Certified Practitioner and Coach
Frances Totney works with the Langley Group as one of most experienced psychometric coaches, helping hundreds of people understand their strengths or learn to coach with psychometric tools. She is also an engaging educator who provides study and learning support for students at Langley Group Institute.
Frances believes that relationships, connection and authenticity are key in her support and coaching of students and participants, helping others to grow their understanding of who they are at their best.
With a background in primary, secondary and adult education, Frances has developed mindfulness, positive psychology and strengths-based initiatives for education settings.
She has a special interest in empowering parents to introduce positive psychology to their families and engage in a more strengths-based approach to parenting.
Along with a Master of Education in Student Wellbeing, Frances has a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health and a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She is accredited in the Strengths Profile tool and MSCEIT assessment (emotional intelligence).
Stuart Harrison

Stu has over 20 years’ experience as an organisational development, coaching and consulting specialist. Stuart empowers his clients to achieve their best life through improved clarity, inspired action, and an expanded belief in what is possible.
With a global outlook, Stu has worked with hundreds of clients across multiple industries and countries empowering people, teams and organisations to achieve what success means for them. Stu invites clients to expand their belief and awareness of what is possible so they may achieve their best life through enhanced clarity and courageous action.
Stuart has long been on a quest to unlock the complexity of performance. His belief is that performance is only realised through clear intentions and deliberate connected leadership.
Stuart is accredited in the i4 NeuroLeader, and the MSCEIT (Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) amongst other leadership tools, and he is one of the leading equine facilitators bringing leadership power together.
Jon Pratlett

Jon Pratlett works with the Langley Group as a Facilitator, helping organisations build people capability, capacity and productivity. His specialties are developing sustainable, brain friendly, positive leadership and team practices which enables success.
As a two-time Hawaii Ironman Triathlon finisher and five-time Australian Ironman finisher, Jon has the endurance, discipline and resilience to get leaders to the next finish line and beyond in sustainable ways. Jon brings the latest insights about the brain and high performance to his clients.
He completed post graduate study in the Neuroscience of Leadership through Middlesex University and the Neuro-leadership Institute, and he has a Bachelor of Education (Honours). He is accredited in the i4 Neuroleader and Strengths Profile tools, as well as the MSCEIT assessment (emotional intelligence).
Eva Katharina Herber

Eva Katharina Herber works with the Langley Group as a Facilitator to deliver positive psychology interventions and training for individuals and companies. Her particular focus is to boost wellbeing and performance through the identification and development of personal and professional strengths.
Eva is a certified Clinical Psychologist and Coach and believes that the key to long-term personal success is based on harnessing our strengths to a personal mission that generates meaning and wellbeing.
As a professor she teaches Strengths Coaching and different Positive Psychology Courses at IEPP / La Salle and IE University in Madrid. Her classes focus on evidence-based knowledge, group involvement, inspirational elements, personal applicability and many practical, fun experiences. Eva has a Dual Degree in International Business Management (European School of Business and Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE), a Degree in Psychology (UNED, Spain) and holds a Master’s in Clinical Practice (AEPCCC). She is accredited in the Strengths Profile tool, and is a Certified Positive Psychology Coach (Positive Acorn).
Her book “Activa tus fortalezas” that conveys the insights of working with strengths for many years through many engaging stories and case studies, was published by Kailas Editorial in 2021.
Lucy Airs
Consultant
Lucy Airs works with the Langley Group as a certified Coach, Consultant and Facilitator with a passion for sustainably embedding practices and learning into everyday life. She loves to see people flourish and grow well beyond her interventions.
She appreciates the demands organisations, leaders and teams face, and believes that practices drawn from cutting edge science can be integrated into the everyday life of people and organisations. This is clearly reflected in her facilitation and coaching styles.
Her interests range from positive leadership and management to education and healthcare, particularly in resilience, emotional intelligence, creativity, psychological safety and change management. Her experience ranges from the facilitation of many organisational programmes to coaching leaders via the designing of positive psychology training programmes.
Lucy is British and grew up in France and is bilingual. She has a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology (Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK) and is certified in the MSCEIT assessment (emotional intelligence) and Strength Profile tool amongst other qualifications. She is a horse whisperer and uses this for one-to-one coaching and facilitating leadership and management training programmes.
She is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner at Anglia Ruskin University, where she supports Masters students through their course and lectures on Positive Psychology Coaching.
Langley Group Foundation
The LG Foundation represents the opportunity to give back and provide education to make the world a better place. Empowering individuals through learning and self-efficacy and enabling us all to truly flourish.
The focus is on education and research that improves global wellbeing. From research projects to positive living, climate change, and education to individual wellbeing, health and longevity, as well as scholarships for the LGI qualifications. The scope includes physical action projects, as well as financial donations.
