SAP had heard of our expertise in the area of emotional intelligence and initially we were engaged to design, develop and deliver virtual learning sessions. This was an amazing opportunity for us, enabling us to innovate and translate our face to face programmes, activities and learning into the virtual space.

Our Solution

We designed a number of e-learning programmes in the area of Emotional Intelligence for sales leaders. The impressive results achieved through this programme led to an expanded suite of virtual learning sessions being developed for delivery all over the world.

The original request of Emotional Intelligence was expanded to include Wellbeing, Optimism, Change, Agility, Resilience, Innovation and Mindset. Our ability to be agile and adapt quickly and effectively won us praise from the SAP global learning team. In addition, we were able to deliver across a large number of global time zones, to attendees form a number of different countries.  This has earned us a reputation as SAP’s most reputable global providers of e-learning with our feedback rating consistently at 4.9 out of 5.

Outcome

Sample data below is from virtual learning sessions delivered in the last three quarters for SAP globally, targeting 80,000 employees with a series of learning around self, wellbeing, emotional intelligence and strategies to improve performance.
